Refund Policy

At Enquiry Medical, we want you to feel confident when you use our practice management software. We serve doctors, clinics, and healthcare teams, and we know time is money in your line of work. That’s why we have built our refund policy to be simple and fair.

Free Trial

When you first sign up for Enquiry Medical, you get 1 month free. That means:

You pay nothing during your trial.
Your trial runs until September 11, 2025 (or the date stated when you sign up).
You can use all the core features of the software, such as patient scheduling, billing tools, reports, and more, without limitations.

This trial is your chance to test-drive the platform in your daily workflow. If you decide it’s not for you, you can cancel anytime before your trial ends, and you won’t be charged.

What Happens After the Trial Ends

When the free trial finishes, your paid subscription starts automatically.

For most users, that means:

You will be charged €50.00 per month plus VAT (currently 23%).
The total monthly payment is €61.50.
Payments are taken from the card you entered at checkout.

Your plan renews each month until you cancel.

Free Trial Period

If you cancel before your trial ends, you won’t be billed at all. There’s nothing to refund because no payment has been taken yet.

After Your Subscription Starts

Once your paid month begins, that month’s payment is non-refundable. This is because your subscription unlocks immediate, full access to our cloud-based software, training resources, and customer support.

We do not offer partial refunds for unused days in a billing cycle. If you cancel mid-month, you can still use your account until your current billing period ends.

Renewal Payments

Every monthly payment is processed automatically on your renewal date. Refunds for already processed payments are only granted if:

You were charged in error due to a technical issue.
There’s a duplicate charge on your account.
We failed to deliver the agreed service (rare, but covered).

In those cases, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
