When you first sign up for Enquiry Medical, you get 1 month free. That means:
This trial is your chance to test-drive the platform in your daily workflow. If you decide it’s not for you, you can cancel anytime before your trial ends, and you won’t be charged.
When the free trial finishes, your paid subscription starts automatically.
For most users, that means:
Your plan renews each month until you cancel.
If you cancel before your trial ends, you won’t be billed at all. There’s nothing to refund because no payment has been taken yet.
Once your paid month begins, that month’s payment is non-refundable. This is because your subscription unlocks immediate, full access to our cloud-based software, training resources, and customer support.
We do not offer partial refunds for unused days in a billing cycle. If you cancel mid-month, you can still use your account until your current billing period ends.
Every monthly payment is processed automatically on your renewal date. Refunds for already processed payments are only granted if:
